The Super Penguin Book Drive
Beginning in 2024, Super Penguin Books has offered the opportunity for fans and followers to purchase a book that would be sent to a child in need during the holiday season. This year, League of Enchantment-Chicago will be the recipient of those donations.
The League of Enchantment is a 501c3 Nonprofit who orchestrates a symphony of smiles by embodying beloved characters and spreading cheer wherever they go. Partnering with local hospitals and community organizations, they weave magic into the lives of children and the young at heart.
From heartwarming hospital visits to electrifying appearances at comic conventions, their events are a tapestry of compassion and hope. They stride alongside other nonprofits, participating in impactful walks like Walk for Wishes, Making Strides, Tunnel 2 Towers, Ele’s Place, and Easterseals, infusing each step with the spirit of camaraderie and support. Through the transformative power of cosplay, they forge unforgettable moments and instill a sense of wonder in those who need it most.
